Placement Support Manager

The Placement Support Manager ensures the health, safety, and emotional well-being of youth served by Youthnet’s Caregiver Support Program in the Pacific Mountain area. This role involves developing and implementing individualized support plans for caregivers, coordinating necessary services, and monitoring foster home compliance. The position requires acting as a liaison between caregivers, youth, and various community and state resources to provide comprehensive support.
