This role focuses on ensuring the Durability Plan progresses as planned by activating cross-functional task forces and synthesizing project status, blockers, and risks. The position involves developing new workflows with customer service leaders to track field incidents during the first 24 months of product life and supervising efforts to reduce warranty costs. It also requires connecting the durability plan with new AI-based solutions.
