This role involves the general management of assets, work planning, and spare parts inventory using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Responsibilities include implementing standard workflows for maintenance requests, preventive programs, and inspections, as well as managing warehouse material processes. The position requires analyzing facility metrics, maintaining equipment metadata, and providing Level 1 technical support for the facilities team.
