About this role

The Planned Projects Coordinator assists the Project Manager in planning, managing, and closing out chartered Unmanned Systems (UxS) and Counter Unmanned System (C-UxS) projects. This role involves tracking projects from initiation through acceptance, monitoring system installations, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. The coordinator also manages project documentation, schedules, and stakeholder communications while supporting the execution of project plans.

Responsibilities

Monitor execution of C-UAS and UxS chartered projects across the full lifecycle
Draft project documentation and certification for U.S. government officials
Manage assets and Work Orders via Computerized Maintenance Management System
