Planned Works Coordinator

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Planned Works Coordinator to join their team in Oldham on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on efficiently managing HHSRS cases and supporting the Planned Works team to ensure residents are informed and all legal, regulatory, and safety standards are met. This position involves managing Damp & Mould cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law, statutory requirements, and internal KPIs.
