Planner II

The Gas Turbine Daily Maintenance and Outage Planner at AES Indiana supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of generation assets by planning and coordinating maintenance activities, developing execution-ready work packages, and managing contractor and material requirements. This role involves collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while improving equipment reliability across the gas turbine fleet. The position also includes supporting major outages, analyzing performance history, and backfilling the Gas Turbine Team Lead when needed.
