Planner, Maintenance

The Mine Maintenance Planner develops, coordinates, and improves planned work executed by the Maintenance Department at Highland Valley Copper, a major open-pit copper and molybdenum operation. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in heavy-equipment mining to foster a culture of safety, proactive action, and continuous improvement. The planner collaborates closely with Mine Maintenance Execution, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Mine Operations teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
