About this role

Ontic is seeking a Planner – PMO to provide operational line of sight for license projects, ensuring they are effectively planned, governed, and executed. This role serves as a primary analytical interface with customers and licensors, translating complex data into structured insights to align external partners and internal stakeholders. The position involves collaborating with Program Management, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver Line of Balance visibility, planning analytics, and ERP governance for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical support for product line transitions and license projects
Develop and maintain Line of Balance reporting for project visibility
Serve as analytical interface with customers and licensors
Provide oversight for work order release and ERP planning activities
Monitor project performance using structured analytics

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Analytics3-5+ years of experience in operations analyst or planning role
