Planner / Scheduler

The Planner/Scheduler organizes and directs day-to-day preventative and response maintenance operations while providing administrative support to the site. This role serves as the primary point of contact for facilities requests, prioritizes work orders based on service level agreements, and generates reports on workforce productivity and work order status. The position also involves managing vendor schedules, processing invoices, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality auditing and follow-ups.
