Planning and Inventory Program Manager

As the Planning and Inventory Program Manager at Checkers & Rally's, you will lead enterprise Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) programs to ensure supply reliability and inventory effectiveness across the restaurant network. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Management, you will manage program governance, align cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and Marketing, and present strategic scenarios to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making. This critical role balances availability, cost, and inventory performance by translating complex demand signals into actionable planning roadmaps while optimizing planning system capabilities.
