The International ESIA Lead will drive strategic development and expansion of international environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) services across Africa within the renewables, energy, infrastructure and mining sectors. The role focuses on securing opportunities aligned with international lender requirements, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the business as a trusted provider of ESIA and sustainability advisory services. The lead will also act as Project Director on key international assignments, ensuring technical quality, lender compliance, and integration of international best practices while strengthening regional delivery capacity.
