Planning Clerk

This role is responsible for the intake, processing, and review of development applications and pre-consultations, ensuring compliance with AODA standards and accurate fee collection. The position serves as a backup for the Secretary Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment and the Planning Clerk, while also managing public notices, site plan security deposits, and minor planning applications. The incumbent coordinates stakeholder meetings, maintains departmental records, and provides customer service support for planning, building, and development inquiries.
