Planning & Control Head

The Project Planning & Controls Lead provides planning leadership, schedule governance, and delivery assurance for data center construction and infrastructure projects under a Project Management Consultancy model. This role ensures integrated master schedules and progress reporting are robust and aligned with delivery objectives by collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders. They act as the central authority for schedule integrity, perform delay analysis, and drive recovery planning to support timely, mission-critical project delivery.
