Planning Coordinator

The Planning Coordinator role involves overseeing the development, updating, and monitoring of integrated project schedules to ensure adherence to baselines and analyze critical paths and schedule deviations. The position requires coordinating budget processes, cost control, and financial forecasting while consolidating and tracking key performance indicators for schedule, cost, physical progress, and productivity. This role also entails applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology, managing risks and opportunities, and leading planning, cost, and project control teams to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
