Planning & Forecasting Lead

The Planning & Forecasting Lead will lead the full monthly and annual planning and forecasting cycle for multiple markets, generating high-quality forecasts and analysis to support management decision-making and shareholder communication. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to reflect realistic business outlooks, driving financial plan commitments, and simplifying processes through digital fluency and AI adoption. The position also requires coaching analysts and building strong, trustworthy relationships across the organization.
