The Planning Manager at Dexcom leads the manufacturing planning team in Athenry, translating customer demand into executable production plans to ensure safe and efficient product delivery. This role governs the Master Production Schedule, drives S&OP processes, and aligns supply capabilities with strategic business goals across the European manufacturing site. The manager is responsible for capacity planning, inventory optimization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and site growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Athenry Planning team to support current and future operations
Own and govern the site Master Production Schedule process
Ensure alignment between forecasted demand, supply capability, and manufacturing capacity
Drive implementation of best-in-class planning methodologies and continuous improvement
Manage planning risks and develop mitigation plans to protect production commitments
