Planning Manager (Marine / Port Works)

This role involves owning planning and programming leadership across the contractor's Hong Kong marine and port construction portfolio, developing and maintaining Primavera P6 and MS Project programmes from pre-construction through delivery. The position requires managing critical-path activities, integrating multi-contract portfolios, and producing progress reports and executive dashboards while mentoring local planning capability. It serves as a founding leadership appointment to build the planning function, including baselines, systems, and tender planning capability, for an international marine and port engineering contractor.
