Planning Manager

The Planning Manager leads and integrates Production Planning and Materials Planning activities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations, inventory optimization, and customer delivery performance. This role serves as the primary owner of demand-to-supply alignment, capacity planning, material readiness, production scheduling, and inventory management across Brooks Automation Malaysia. The position establishes and executes planning strategies that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory investment, and supplier capabilities while driving world-class planning processes, ERP discipline, and operational excellence.
