This position acts as the key link between field delivery teams, operational crews, asset management, and program planning functions to ensure work programs are practical, achievable, and aligned with network access opportunities and customer needs. The role involves developing and maintaining a rolling 12-month delivery plan that balances network risk, customer expectations, and operational priorities to support the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of works across the network.
