Planning System Analyst

This role serves as the primary liaison between planning end users and the IT and system solution teams, supporting system debugging, enhancements, and user acceptance testing. The position involves monitoring planning business KPIs, conducting analysis to recommend solutions, and aligning planning processes with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role includes providing system knowledge and daily process training to ensure operational efficiency.
