Planning Trainee

The Planning Trainee role involves shadowing and supporting the Planning Manager in all aspects of new residential developments, including urban design and planning. The position requires assisting with land appraisal, preparing and submitting planning applications, conducting planning due diligence, and managing planning conditions. The role also offers the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised qualification if not already held.
