Plans Examiner & Building Code Inspector

Tew & Taylor is seeking an experienced Plans Examiner & Building Code Inspector to conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties in St. Petersburg, ensuring compliance with the Florida Building Code and local regulations. The role involves collaborating with contractors, developers, and local building departments to facilitate efficient inspection processes and maintain high standards of accuracy. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience and the ability to hold a 1&2 Family Dwelling license, with strong preference given to candidates holding additional commercial inspector licenses.
