We are seeking a self-motivated Plans Reviewer to join our fully remote team, conducting thorough plan reviews of modular commercial and residential structures. The role involves interpreting building codes, resolving discrepancies in construction plans, and preparing review reports to ensure compliance with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, and energy requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with engineers and clients.
