Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this leadership role drives future growth by providing maintenance, asset management, and technical support to the Redpath Australia group. The position involves managing a corporate Plant & Assets support team, overseeing maintenance teams at mine sites, and supervising service centers in Brisbane and Kalgoorlie. Key responsibilities include managing the entire equipment lifecycle, optimizing fleet performance, and maintaining strong relationships with equipment OEMs.
