Plant Assistant

This role involves the safe start-up and operation of cast line equipment, including monitoring machinery, engaging feeds, and assisting with changeovers. The Plant Assistant is responsible for inspecting produced pieces, adjusting production controls, and maintaining equipment through preventative tasks. Candidates must also record quality metrics, mentor assistants, and adhere to a strict safety-first mentality using IPS lean manufacturing skills.
