About this role

DuPont is seeking a Plant Continuous Improvement Leader for its Valley View, Ohio site to drive operational excellence in the manufacturing of Vespel® Polyimide Resins. The role will partner with plant leadership and cross‑functional teams to deploy the DuPont Operational Excellence System, coach employees, and lead Kaizen and improvement initiatives that enhance SQDIP, margin, and overall plant performance.

Responsibilities

Partner with plant leadership to identify performance gaps and develop OpEx roadmap
Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects across the plant
Coach teams on daily visual management and sustain operational excellence initiatives
