The Plant Controller- Manufacturing leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the plant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role involves owning the plant cost accounting structure, analyzing production costs, and monitoring key manufacturing metrics to support operational performance. The position serves as a key business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights to improve profitability and oversee inventory controls.
