Plant Controller

The Plant Controller serves as the primary financial leader for the company's manufacturing plant, overseeing all finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, inventory control, and compliance. This role partners with plant management and cross‑functional teams to drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and data‑driven decision making while leading and developing a small finance team.
