Plant Controller

The Plant Controller serves as the on-site finance partner and cost accounting subject-matter expert for the Medley, FL plant, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve plant performance and cost controls. This role focuses on accurate inventory valuation, variance analysis, and supporting decision-making through reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to communicate financial insights effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences.
