Plant Controller

The Plant Controller will serve as the financial backbone for a commercial manufacturing facility in Benson, NC, partnering with finance and operations leadership to drive financial discipline and scale operations. This hands-on role involves building cost accounting infrastructure, standing up controls, and ensuring the company's financial health as it expands domestic manufacturing capabilities. The position requires leading site-level financial results, managing ERP and MES initiatives, and overseeing inventory costing and fixed asset accounting.
