Plant Controller

Allied Fabricators, LLC is seeking a seasoned Plant Controller to own the financial picture of the Texas factory floor, reporting to the VP of Operations and functionally to the CFO. This hands-on role involves leading a team of two staff accountants, managing cost accounting, inventory, and month-end close processes, and serving as the on-site approval authority for plant spending. The position requires balancing plant priorities with corporate reporting standards while providing financial advisory services to the plant executive team.
