Plant Controller

This hybrid role near Elgin, Illinois, involves managing the accounting for two manufacturing sites while reporting to the Corporate Controller. The position is responsible for driving month-end and year-end close processes, KPI reporting, and managing all forecasts and budgets. The ideal candidate will partner with the Plant Manager to improve operational processes and productivity within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
