The Plant Controller serves as a hands-on finance partner to manufacturing operations, connecting financial results to operational conditions to drive better decisions. This role leads plant-level financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing while partnering with leaders to identify root causes and improve performance. The position requires spending meaningful time on the plant floor to understand production processes and product costs.
