Plant Controller

The Plant Controller serves as an on-site member of the Industrial Finance Controllership team at the Fullerton, CA location, responsible for financial governance, internal controls, and accurate reporting in compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. This role involves leading month-end and quarterly closing processes, managing inventory and fixed assets, and proactively identifying accounting risks. The position also requires partnering with plant leadership to develop budgets, analyze performance variances, and deliver strategic financial insights to drive operational improvements.
