Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, account reconciliation, tax compliance, auditing support, and business analysis. This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve accounting processes, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3+ years of accounting or finance experience (preferably in manufacturing), strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets in a fast-paced environment. SAP, HFM, or OneStream experience is a plus. Up to 25% travel may be required
