Plant Controller

The Plant Controller serves as a key financial partner to multiple production facilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, consistent accounting practices, and effective financial controls across locations. This role utilizes the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, including Tube Mill Software (TMS), to support cost management, inventory control, profitability, and operational efficiency. The position involves performing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, preparing plant-level financial statements, and maintaining the plant's cost accounting system. It also requires supporting plant management by identifying cost-reduction opportunities and providing financial analysis.
