Plant Director - Electric Generation

The Plant Director leads the coordination and integration of activities across multiple internal organizations to ensure the successful completion of the site's mission. This role provides leadership to develop and execute a station business plan that meets system energy needs while maintaining environmental requirements, unit efficiency, availability, and performance within O&M and Capital budgets. The position oversees operations and maintenance management teams to ensure consistent application of business plans, goals, policies, and procedures.
