The Plant Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership for multiple regional manufacturing facilities, overseeing production, packaging, and maintenance operations to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, developing leadership talent, and embedding continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma across the plant. The manager collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align production schedules, manage labor relations, and deliver capital projects that meet capacity and innovation needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate day-to-day production and packaging operations across regional sites
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies
Develop leadership talent and manage site leadership teams to drive safety and quality metrics
Ensure strict adherence to workplace and food safety regulations including HACCP and GMP
Represent sites in union discussions and negotiations regarding labor agreements
