Plant Director

The Plant Director serves as the senior onsite leader for the Abilene, KS manufacturing facility, overseeing all aspects of plant performance to achieve business, operational, quality, and food safety objectives. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, leading a workforce of approximately 500 employees, and ensuring the production of quality products in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The position requires a dynamic leader to drive continuous improvement, manage resources, and foster a high-performing culture within the plant.
