About this role

The Plant Engineer supports the plant manager in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Air Separation production plant while maintaining regulatory compliance and optimizing production. This role involves investigating technical issues, engineering solutions for process improvements, managing minor projects, and enforcing safety standards through root cause analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to update documentation, develop cost estimates for upgrades, and mentor operations staff on maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Partner with plant manager to investigate technical and operational issues
Engineer solutions for correction and prevention of process recurrences
Coordinate minor projects for plant upgrades and expansions
Create and review PHA's, P&ID's, MOC's, and SOP's
Support project execution within budget and align with original goals
