Plant Engineer

The Plant Engineer ensures the highest level of reliability for plant equipment by providing dedicated support for the Performance System, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and the Maintenance Excellence process. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role leads comprehensive safety processes, implements reliability-centered maintenance, and drives continuous improvement to enhance machine uptime and reduce operational costs. The position also involves managing capital projects, overseeing department spending, and leading the maintenance team to achieve high standards of plant condition and equipment performance.
