Plant Engineering Technician I

This is an entry-level Facilities Management role focused on performing daily physical and computer rounds of capital equipment and responding to service calls for students and faculty. The incumbent will utilize MEP drawings to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while conducting water treatment testing and preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler equipment. This position requires the ability to safely operate various facility systems, including large machinery and utility vehicles, under close supervision.
