Plant Maintenance Laborer

This role is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and loading of raw materials for production while performing routine maintenance on plant equipment. The position requires operating a front-end loader to retrieve and unload materials according to specifications and ensuring the yard area and plant site are properly maintained and organized. Additionally, the employee assists the plant manager with batching, truck communications, and general plant operations to ensure equipment functions correctly.
