Plant Maintenance Supervisor

The Plant Maintenance Supervisor oversees the repair, maintenance, and daily operation of hospital plant and auxiliary systems under the direction of the Chief Engineer. This role provides direct supervision of the Steam and Plumbing shops to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of building systems across approximately 2,000,000 square feet of patient care and support areas. The position involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractor work, and supporting safety and regulatory compliance programs.
