Plant Manager III

The Plant Manager III leads and manages the entire production operation within the customer-centric unit, overseeing materials management, assembly, shipping, quality control, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering. This role is responsible for developing policies, ensuring operations meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, and fostering human resource bench strength across all production levels. The position requires driving lean manufacturing implementation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading the plant safety committee to ensure adherence to all safety procedures.
