Plant Manager, Manufacturing Operations

ERock is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to oversee and grow its Houston manufacturing operations as a Plant Manager. This role leads day-to-day production activities for the engine and generator packaging business while driving operational discipline, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be deeply engaged on the manufacturing floor, working closely with supervisors and teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production execution.
