Plant Manager

The Plant Manager at Reddy Ice leads and manages all aspects of a manufacturing plant, overseeing manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, safety, and purchasing while owning plant P&L. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement using lean methodologies and developing plant personnel to deliver safe, high-quality customer service. This is a full-time onsite position based in Oklahoma City with on-call and shift work requirements.
