Plant Manager

This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation, leadership, and management of a manufacturing plant, overseeing various departments to ensure cost-effective production within quality standards. The role involves supporting continuous improvement projects, managing plant engineering and maintenance, and overseeing inventory, materials, and capital planning. The Plant Manager reports to the Segment Operations Leader and is accountable for overall budget, spending, and headcount.
