Plant Manager

The Plant Manager leads and manages the entire Android production operation, overseeing materials management, assembly, shipping, quality control, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering. This role is responsible for developing policies, ensuring operational objectives like safety, quality, and cost are met, and fostering human resource development across all production levels. The position involves coaching leadership teams, driving lean manufacturing implementation, and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
