Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will lead operations for a performing, diverse manufacturing facility, overseeing engineering, production, demand planning, maintenance, and quality. This role focuses on driving plant growth, optimizing quality processes, and fostering a Lean culture to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. The position reports to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for managing the P&L, budgets, and strategic planning to meet established goals.
